• Phew... Guess what ?...

it was hard work but I'm back up and running. The Studio is all organised and faces are walking through the door, some old friends and some new.

It's taken 2 years nearly to find somewhere and I'm really chuffed at where I am now. It's a real watershed for me and also my partner, Neil, has decided to move his office to the back of Florence Road to keep me company. He works 80% of the time on his client's site, but works a day a week usually from Chichester. He had an office close to the A27 by-pass but was fed up of the noise and constantly eating diesel fumes. Florence Road with it's huge park is such a contrast.

I can vouch for the toasted sandwiches at Florence Park cafe, and their cakes sustained Neil during the more physical bits of the move! To be fair, he didn't do a lot of lifting bless him, so it was all a bit of an excuse for indulgence. All the heavy work was done by our great friends at Lion Removals of Fishbourne. We've used them three times now. Once to move to Westbourne, then here to Florence Road. Neil used them to to get from Quarry Lane to here. Best to-me-to-you-to-you-to-me double act in Sussex. Hardworking and efficient.

We've got a couple of dates for Arts and craft workshops run by my friend Karen Ongley-Snook, the first one is Rag Rug making. Lots of you may know Karen as a prolific, local, multi media artist. Details of the workshops are below.

I have great space upstairs that I intend to use as a gallery and workshop, so feel free to come in and talk.

You can also always send me a message via email, Facebook or Twitter. Always monitoring!

    Kind Regards

    Laura
